Tenants search by zone, type, and m². Owners list for free.
Trust levels
We verify identity and documents. Every profile has a visible tier.
Hold and chat
Tenant places a hold ($5K–$10K) and chats with the owner inside the platform.
Schedule the visit
We assign an advisor. If it's a reverse auction, the owner picks the best bidder.
Digital signature
4 contract templates. Simple signing with SMS + video selfie.
Payment and handover
Annual upfront payment, optional custody. Keys to the tenant. Done.
What if there's a dispute?
We keep all the evidence: contracts, messages, photos, proposals, signatures, IP. Either party can request a Full Legal Report. The platform is not party to the contract — disputes are resolved between the parties or through legal channels.
What about renewal?
Two months before term end, we ask the tenant if they want to renew. If yes: no leasing commission, just the Renewal Package. If no: we launch an automatic promotion to fill it without gaps.
